		<description><![CDATA[I have not been posting but still hitting gym 3x week. I&#8217;ve really gotten to enjoy the &#34;burn&#34; and now feel I&#8217;m on a good path.
My rightÂ bicep is 1.5&#34; smaller than left, my range of motion was bad when I first started lifting thi year, now I&#8217;m going through workouts and my right arm does [...]]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have not been posting but still hitting gym 3x week. I&#8217;ve really gotten to enjoy the &quot;burn&quot; and now feel I&#8217;m on a good path.</p>

<p>Â *woke up today and a wallet was right below one of our windows way up the driveway, found out later 2 house got broken into the night before. They think we suprised them (burglars) and the crouched down and the wallet must have fallen out. I am glad I am not him, police were really hopped up when they found out there was a possible lead (wallet).</p>
<p>There are some really good people on this site, and there are some really insecure men. I want to tell them &quot;Dude, it&#8217;s not that big so stop thinking everyone is looking at it&quot;. (big gay)

<p>Thanks for the adds and great response to me joining in community.</p>
<p>Buying some supplements either next week or week after once I start increasing my routine and actually start building muscle, now taking Glucosamine and daily vitamin/mineral to help flexibility and with basic trace mineral and electrolyte needs.</p>
<p>Went to Beerbust @ Denver Eagle to end an active and sad week.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>My partner and I have 3 dogs, and today we had to take one of the dogs to be put to sleep. My partner had the dog for 14+ years, she was the runt of the litter and was supposed to be left to die. The people John, my partner, got Katie from kept tryingto talk him into one of the &quot;healthier&quot; puppies. She was smart, she could open cabinet doors, if she was supposed to go into her kennel all you had to say was go to jail and she would go in, and pull the the kennel door closed with her paws. She became blind, deaf and was unable to walk up and down stairs, she was carried pretty much every day up and down the stairs to go outside. The other 2 dogs were very good to her, never jumped on her and kept her company.</p>

<p>Â *I have recently been losing strength in my Right arm, when I do flys and it gets to be around my centerline all of a sudden it feels like a something let go and I almost drop the dumbbell on my chest/face. Any suggestions, let me know. I&#8217;ve been keeping weight below my abilities on Left Arm so I can be consistent.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m really happy with the way this weight training is making me feel and look, it really helped me end a very sad couple of days (which will continue for a while) after finally losing Katie.</p>
<p>Thanks for all the great help to all those who encourage me.

<p>will put my workout with weights in later, don&#8217;t have all the names right, just know them from routine. Will put &quot;official&quot; names in, and try to make macro so I can just fill it in.</p>
<p>Alot of tinkerbells on the machines (which I don&#8217;t use right now) and a couple of chatty cathy guys in free weights.Tried to work around them and finally (with clenched teeth) asked if the one not holding any weights while talking was done with the weights I needed, he saidÂ he had one more set before they went back talking about thier favorite type of workout wear. I walked by in a few saying &quot;stop trying to get laid&quot; and they finally walked away chattering like Chip &amp; Dale and freed up 3 sets of weights and 2 benches. Man, I love being a masculine gay male. I ain&#8217;t there to get tail princess, just want to work out.</p>
