Still working out
I have not been posting but still hitting gym 3x week. I’ve really gotten to enjoy the "burn" and now feel I’m on a good path.
My right bicep is 1.5" smaller than left, my range of motion was bad when I first started lifting thi year, now I’m going through workouts and my right arm does not feel like a rubber band snapped or something, can handle weight evenly when doing flys.
