French Press/Dumbbell Pullover  35 Lbs 12/10/8

Flat Dumbbell Fly                    Â

Incline Dumbbell Fly                  20 Lbs  12/10/8

Decline Dumbell Fly                   20 Lbs  12/10/8

One-arm Dumbbell Front Raiser 15 Lbs   3×8 (now doing 8 for each arm)

One-arm Bent-over Lateral Raises 15 Lbs 3×8    "

One-arm Dumbbell Lateral Raises  15 Lbs 3×8      "

 250 sit-ups-100 regular, 75 twist Left, 75 twist Right

 *Whatever hit me this week (still feel it was food poisoning, made me have to stop for a few when I got to One-arm Dumbbell raises, after finished threw up. Got my weight down to 165 Lbs. (prior to going to gym earlier today, weight not taken after throwing up)
