Really was noncompliant this last weekend
I drank beer, went and had seafood and gorged on sourdough bread. My partner and I were beached whales after our dinner. Sunday and monday a few beers and today for lunch had a buffulo burger w/cheese and 2 drafts. P-I-G PIG! Had smoked turkey and cheese salad for dinner and felt it would fill me up so I could work out later. We went and worked out late tonight.

 Considering how I was a glutton this last few day I am suprised I don’t weigh 175 Lbs instead of 171.1 Lbs.
