Worked out his aftrnoon, walked for 45 minutes earlier in day.

One Arm Dumbbell Lateral Raise        15lbs 3×8
*as my reps show, having some difficulty with Right arm still.
Thanks for the adds and great response to me joining in community.
Buying some supplements either next week or week after once I start increasing my routine and actually start building muscle, now taking Glucosamine and daily vitamin/mineral to help flexibility and with basic trace mineral and electrolyte needs.
Went to Beerbust @ Denver Eagle to end an active and sad week.
