Coming Back After Surgery!
It’s been six weeks since my Umbilical Hernia and Abdominal Muscle Surgery.
I am back at training. Yesss! I have lost some strength and probably some muscle, but I am determined to gain it all back ….and Then Some !!<—My Goal!
I started back at training on Tuesday Dec. 23rd….I am taking it easy and light for a couple weeks. I will listen to my body as it is still healing from surgery.
I did an Upper/Lower Split the first two days. My chest was quite sore…as was my total upper body and legs (hams, glutes) from the first two days of training. I then trained back/biceps and today chest/tris.
I will continue with training, combining back/bis, chest/tris, legs/shoulders. (not training abs at the moment)
Taking the training slow and easy….yet fatiguing my muscles.
I posted pictures in my bodyspace page, in the progress picture section (the last four of the pics).
Focus, and Determination! Let’s Do It!

Great Job Stay Focused. I have to have a hernia surgery myself soon. So, I hope I can keep an eye on your for motivation. Keep pushing girl!
