8 weeks is up, time for New Program!
I finished my 8 week program of "Drop Sets".
I think my body responded well to the training method. But as not to get used to the same routine, I am switching for the next 8 weeks to the Program of 8-12 Reps/5 Sets.
I’ve had good results so far….I am pushing myself hard and focusing intensly on each rep, set and weight. I am giving it my all to build lean sexy muscle!!
