Training Program
After my comp. I took a week off from training. It did my body good
I started back up with a new training program, in attempt to build more lean mass.
I will be lifting heavery weight, with lower reps, hitting each muscle once a week.
My intened plan is to go 5 sets with 7 reps with a split of:
-BACK
-CHEST
-LEGS/CALVES
-BICEPS/TRICEPS
-SHOULDERS/ABS
Here’s hoping I will accompish my goal in building lean muscle mass!!

When was your last competiton? I’m in the same boat, right now I’m concentrating on building muscle with heavy weight, lower reps. Your workout split looks similar to mine as well. good luck
