Training Program
Thursday, April 17th, 2008After my comp. I took a week off from training. It did my body good
I started back up with a new training program, in attempt to build more lean mass.
I will be lifting heavery weight, with lower reps, hitting each muscle once a week.
My intened plan is to go 5 sets with 7 reps with a split of:
-BACK
-CHEST
-LEGS/CALVES
-BICEPS/TRICEPS
-SHOULDERS/ABS
Here’s hoping I will accompish my goal in building lean muscle mass!!
