"I wish to help and educate others in order for them to achieve their fitness goals, and smile when they see their bod in the mirror. Yes, I do have the answer and it does increase lean muscle and decreases fat. No not HGH; it's the dvd " BUFFEDOUT IN"
Well, I started lifting when I started playing college football at Butler University, and the reason being I was getting my butt kicked all over the field. See, in high school, I out ran everyone, but in college players were as fast and faster.lol I lifted according to the football strength coach’s program, but that summer I entered into Gold’s and thought ,wow, all the huge guys. I started absorbing all the knowledge I could from the biggest and strongest in the gym. Well, next season I was 20 pounds heavier because that was the first time I touched a weight. I loved the pump and the strength, plus the look seemed to turn the college women’s heads. lol During, the rest of my years at college I worked at Gold’s when I wasn’t playing football. Now, I started training with bodybuilders, WWE wrestlers when they come into town, Indianapolis Colts players( not watching them but actually training with them). I made it known I played college football and I wanted to be bigger , stronger, faster ,so these professional were eager to help and had a blast watching me run to the restroom to throw up, but they would make me go do another set. My senior year I torn my hamstring ; it was black from my glutes to my ankle; this was during two a day camp. They gave me 80% recovery by the 8th game, I wanted to set out and save that year the coach wanted me for playoffs, well I set out and they took funds from my tuition second semester, so I had to take out a loan to stay in that semester. Well in the meantime, I find out my girl friend is pregnant so I started training with some Colts players at golds for the combines (pro tryouts). The night I was scheduled to leave for combines in Atlanta; girl friends calls and says she just had a miscarriage, so I knew if I left her that night I wouldn’t be able to live with myself, so I missed the pros. The end to that was I left college because I had lost my two loves; football and my college sweetheart. You ask now what does this have to do with my fitness career; well it was one of the events that shaped my life. This is my first entry, however the saga continues and you will see how I was constantly tested and shaped up until this point in time at which I have applied everything I have learned, trained and born to do. Know this and I will keep reminding you; ” I AM ALL ABOUT FITNESS” ! I used this picture because I didnt have any at the time of football career, but this is to give you an ideal of my size at which I was 15pounds heavier, benching 500 and squating 550 for 8 in the “bucket” that is a full squat!
