Feeling stronger…
Friday, February 27th, 2009it felt good to lift the past 2 days. The bad thing about flying is I sometimes don’t get a workout in. Yesterday I did upper body and today hit legs (no new PBs). I never thought in a million years I could have EVER squatted 200#. Now I keep wondering when I’ll be able to up that amount - lol!
I’ve been doing half body workouts and I have to tell you - I LOVE them! I’m trying some different things and it has been making a difference. I’m starting to see something in my legs and I’m definitely getting stronger. I need to just keep my food clean and all will be well with the universe. For the most part, that is not a challenge, but the past week or so has been rough (cd 19-28). I’m feeling much better today hormonally, of which Bubba is extremely thankful.
Rainy and dreary here in the ATL but that’s ok…we need it. I planted a bunch of seed starters yesterday for my garden. All the strawberries are planted, too. Bubba is ordering some more seeds and we should get our tomato tree plants soon. Those were the BEST tomatoes I’ve ever grown/eaten. YUMMY! Weather Channel said we have a flood watch going on and there’s a chance of a few inches of snow on Sunday? WTH? Right…when pigs fly. Have a great weekend ladies!
