Oops…I lied…TODAY is c-day 28. For being sick, I didn’t do too bad. Had a PB on the single leg curl - Bubba couldn’t even do ONE with that weight! Boosting - Legs:

It was great reading through everyone’s blogs - sounds like everyone had a great Christmas! What a week! I worked TUE-FRI and you know all those weather delays? Yep, I was stuck in them. Fortunately, I got to layover in WI and see my family. Unfortunately, I contracted some sort of flu bug on one of my New York flights. Why must people fly when they are SICK, coughing, sneezing and have fevers?! THANKS A LOT!!!

I was supposed to fly a 3-day trip starting yesterday but I called out Sunday night because I felt so bad. I’m still feeling pretty yucky. I didn’t have the opportunity to workout last week and since I’ve been sick the past couple of days, I haven’t felt much like hitting the gym. But, since I’m not running a fever, I did manage to eek out a weak little boosting (c-day 28) workout today - Back/Shoulders/Bis:

Feeling blessed…even though I’m sick!

Beat, sore and zits are erupting…c-day 19!

HIF is striking once again…trying to deal with it. I went to the gym today, bit I didn’t workout. I was too busy renewing customers and running reports. I opened the gym for my friend (owner). She just got hired as a flight attendant where I work and was doing her pre-employement screening and drug testing today. I did my workout at home - P90X Chest & Shoulders and Ab Ripper X. I think I need to puke. This is the first time I’ve used it - it’s tough! I need to modify it for boosting. I’m going to go curl up in the fetal position now…

I head out tomorrow afternoon on a 4-day trip. If all goes well, I’ll have a 30 hour layover in Milwaukee where my sister is picking me up so I can go see my parents, and the rest of my family. I’ll be out of contact until the weekend and will post my workouts then. Have a great week everyone! Hugs

I swear Bubba is worse than a woman sometimes. We aren’t leaving for his mom’s until tomorrow noonish SO I went to the gym and did chest/tris/abs/HIIT. I am SO low energy today but thanks to KERMANE, I did it anyway!

Active Rest Thursday

My body is revolting on me - I feel so tired and drained I can’t stand it! I planned on taking my active rest day tomorrow but I’m going to switch it to today. Bubba and I are headed to my inlaws in Rome (GA) and and will be back tonight. I’ll get to take the dogs out there for some cardio and maybe a few BW exercises and that will be it.

Trying to be good about logging my workouts so if I haven’t in a while, I can for SURE count on LH to give me a QUICK SWIFT kick in the bootay. Leg Day - gotta love it!

I’m trying to figure out how to log my workouts, but it doesn’t allow me to add cardio or customize some of my exercise?  Perhaps I’m just having a blonde day! 

Leg day today - my favorite! I had to cut it short (didn’t do abs and additional cardio) because I had to get back to the house. Bubba needed me to enter a client’s credit card in the system SO…I’ll do abs later and I’m getting ready to take the dogs through the hood for some hills!

Back from vacation…it was WAY too short!

Back to reality! Cancun was fun - only a couple days of partial sun the rest was overcast so I’m still kinda pasty white - lol! Everywhere I went today, I’ve had to fight the urge to say, "Hola! - Buenos Dias!" and speak spanish to people.

Well, I thought I was going to be going out west this week so I dropped my scheduled trip I was supposed to work but now I’m not going. Therefore, I’ll be taking advantage of the time off by getting all my vacation laundry done, cooking GOOD CLEAN foods and working out EVER DAY! I was at the surgeon’s today and he didn’t say I could, but then he didn’t say I couldn’t lift chest SO…I did Evil I’m so glad to be back in the gym - here’s what I did today (very light workout):
