Thursday…Chest/intervals and ABS!

Well HELLO~I had a productive day and am checking off all the items on my list (a shower is finally next!!)

My workout:
Warm up 4 min r-bike
Bench

95×10
105×10
105×8
paired with romain chair
leg ups x15 plus 15 knee ups (5front/5ea side)x3sets

Hammer flat bench
90×8
knee ups
90×6
knee ups

Hammer incline seated press
90×10
90×8
paired with
old school sit ups- 15full/30shorter/5 froggyx2sets
walking high knees 2xets (30m)

Dips
10, 8
paired with pose down cable bicep curls
30×10
40×9

Then a run on the treddy…VERY happy with my cardio ability considering my lax last couple months regarding it.
warm up 6.5 min 1-4
1min interval 8.5 , recover 1 min @6.5
repeat
2 min interval at 9.0
1 min @6.5
45 sec @9.5 plus 30sec @10.5
1 min recovery @6.5
1min interval at 9.5
1min recovery
2:10 at 9.5
cool down jog 6mph @6.5% incline
walk 2 min @6.5 mph incline…
Done!

Well off to clean up!!

Cool AD!

My Oxygen magazine arrived in the mail this morning and LOW and BEHOLD~ I am in it!! on page 111…in the BODYSPACE AD!!  FUN to SEE :)


Good DAY~

Well with Grandma here we all enjoyed a bit of a vacation day…we relaxed in the morning, bathed and then went to lunch at On the Boarder….I ate a TON! I think I am still full, lol!

Then we watched “Love Comes Softly” then I headed to the gym leaving the kiddos with Grandma

Leading by action~

I believe in leading by my actions…case in point my workout today. I don’t ask my clients to do anything I am unwilling to do myself. SOOOO…Since, I am on the same workout schedule as one of my clients LISA of NE, I decided to do the same workout as her today. The friendly “competition” really helped push me to excel and be relentless! Thanks LISA!

The rest of my day was busy, I came home- worked on my book, then left to bring Gracie to the doctor for her pre-kindergarten physical and shots…she had to have 5! She did good, then I had to get the other 2 girls, went to McD’s for a TREAT meal…then to baseball. Last game of the season!! HORRAY! I am excited for tomorrow~ nothing EXTRA on my super full to do list!

Here is my workout
Warm up r-bike 8 mins

Pull ups 12 (pb!),8,6
paired with High knee abs 20×3, plus one set of 40 alternating

lat pulls (cybex close grip)
150×7,8
155×6
paired with db bicep curls (alternating)
25’sx8,6,6

Seated rows
90×10
100×7x2
paired with lateral raises (one arm at a time) twist like dumping a glass out at top
12×10x3

Arnolds (alternating arms)
20×6 too light
25×10 too light again

paired with crunches 15, 20, 20

Bent over lateral raises (pause at top)

Knee ups 20 front, 10-15 each side (3 sets)

13 mins on elliptical then ankle got sore- hard 13 easy 11

Sleep tight tonight and keep sucking in those tummys!! mine is sore :)
