Well HELLO~I had a productive day and am checking off all the items on my list (a shower is finally next!!)
My workout:

HI all~ well…My day yesterday went off track somewhere around noon, lol!
I was TIRED and DONE by 6:30….so I didn’t get my workout done, but that’s okay! I know some days things just don’t permit us to be SUPERHEROs, lol!!
So today I am DETERMINED to stay on TRACK!! I am home with my twins, they are such good little girls! Twins are really interesting to observe smile
I am refreshed and rocked Legs at the gym!! I should have been really strong as I weigh 4-5 pounds more than I did just 4 days ago from the NOXCG3 I’ve been taking
and NOW I’ve decided NO MORE creatine for me right now! I took if for a total of 5 days and that combined with the other 4 days on "old creatine" I am DONE! It served it’s purpose in helping keep me from "wicked" soreness, but it seems to give some joint stiffness/aches, feet cramps and bloats me BAD!…so that’s enough this round of Creatine. The next time I take it I’ll go for another variety and see if I respond without quite so many side effects.

I’ve been inspired by the Focus on Soulution theme for the month. In the planning stage of that, I put each day’s topic on a calendar. NOW I’ve taken that concept to my life….Each day I’ve written down my “project” and refuse to be “free” until it is done. Today, I got it DONE by 1:15~ what a great feeling!!Then I went shopping at the NATURAL FOOD store…bought Ezekiel bread for the first time EVER(yum)~ some rose water, some green drink, some oregonal, some natural olives and some other stuff…It was fun to browse through all the unique items in the store. I could have spent hours 
Another cool thing that I’ve been thinking about is doing some boxing training…one of my clients really helped give me a “push” on this one- thanks for making it sound so FUN! Anyhow, I got in contact with a girl on MY SPACE not realizing I KNEW her and found out about a women’s boxing class at a local gym~ I may have to try it out…but need to wait for my ankle to finish healing. It is still quite sore from my sprain 6 weeks ago.I am getting really EXCITED to workout again…just what I had hoped for! I don’t know what I’d do if I LOST that desire~ I don’t plan on EVER quitting. I’ll be a BuffGREATGREATGrandmother!!

First off~Thanks for all the congrats and kind words about my bodyspace member of the month interview…It has been so nice to feel the LOVE
It looks like summer is on full boar and ya’ll are really enjoying it, cuz’ it’s dead in cyberspace, lol! It was a lazy summer weekend around here too and we enjoyed all of it.
Yesterday we went for a walk up in Bella Vista around the lake a 1.8 mile trek followed by playtime at the park and McDonalds for lunch afterward. The kids had fun and so did I and GRANDMA….
Then today we spent sometime at the mall~ I returned a couple dresses and bought some RAINBOW flip flops~The kids were GREAT all day and we’ve all gotten some much needed rest.
ON tap for this week is continued “off” for me from workouts~ it feels really good to have a BREAK from the pressure to fit it in. I try to do this about twice a year- and I always come back stronger than ever! As for the kids, they’ll be busy with swimming lessons, Gramma’s last day here is tomorrow (sad)…and this is Gracie’s last week of preschool EVER!! She’ll get a week off before she starts kindergarten on the 6th- I am amazed, I thought the day would never come, lol!
~ I will join in on Booty challenge that’s going on in my RR on the 30th with that!! ! CAN’T WAIT!!

Cool AD!
My Oxygen magazine arrived in the mail this morning and LOW and BEHOLD~ I am in it!! on page 111…in the BODYSPACE AD!! FUN to SEE

Well with Grandma here we all enjoyed a bit of a vacation day…we relaxed in the morning, bathed and then went to lunch at On the Boarder….I ate a TON! I think I am still full, lol!
Then we watched “Love Comes Softly” then I headed to the gym leaving the kiddos with Grandma
