Wednesday’s Plan

Weights: Chest, Tricep’s, Abs

Flat Bench, Incline Bench, Decline Bench, Pec Deck, V-Ups, Leg Lifts, Straight Bar Push Downs, V Bar Push Downs, Kickbacks

Cardio: Spin Class this afternoon

Meals:

Meal 1: EWs,  Protein Waffle and Berries

Meal 2: PP Shake and Apple

Meal 3: Chicken, Broccoli and Cauliflower

Meal 4: PP Shake and Apple

Meal 5: Chicken Sub

Meal 6: CC and Nuts
