Meal 5: Chicken Sub
Meal 6: CC and Nuts

Cardio: Intervals after Lifting

Meal 1: EW, Spinach, Feta, Pico De Gallo Scramble and Whole Wheat Protein Waffle
Meal 2: PP Shake (PP, Skim, water, Banana, Nut Butter)
Meal 3: Tilipia and String Beans with Cranberries
Meal 4: Same as meal 2 with an Apple
Meal 5: Chicken and Veggies
Meal 6: CC or Protein Shake

Cardio: 45 min intervals (15 min elliptical level 15, 15min running 1 min intervals and 1 min walking on an incline, 15 min stepper level 5 and 10)
