Today sucks. I’m at the library right now getting ready to do a mass amount of accounting homework. Hopefully I’ll be out of here before 2am
! Anyways, I had back/biceps today, and overall I had a good workout. I did something I had never done before, and I loved it. I did a superset with Db rows and Smith Machine Bbell rows. I did sets of 10 on DB row followed by a set of 12-15 with a lighter weight on the Smith Machine. I had a freakish back and biceps pump after that.
In some PAL news, Reset should be hitting e-retailers here this week, which is exciting. I got a bottle coming my way and I couldn’t be any more excited to take it. I desperately need some time off of stims, and hopefully this will help me recover from my "abuse." I also may apply to test Anabolic Innovations Chaos, in the caffeine free version of course
Also, be on the lookout for something cool by PAL in the next few days. I can’t give any hints, but it’s gonna be fun!!
Until next time, cheers.

Well I’m going to be heading to Cleveland here soon to spend Easter weekend with my girlfriend and her family. I won’t be able to lift while I’m there, so I’m just taking the weekend off. On a side note, she lives right next to a Vitamin Shoppe, which I do not have around my house, so I will definatly be checking that out. I’m hoping they still have some Stizm or Dicana on sale for like $5.
Today I’m still going to hit the gym, but not for a regular workout. Earlier in the week I had a terrible back workout, the gym was packed and I could not get on anything without waiting 10+ minutes. For that reason I only did a few things, and went home.
Thats it for today, I want to wish everyone a happy Easter weekend, and I will be back Sunday night.

Hey everyone, I thought I’d start up my bodyblog for those interested. I’ll try to update this is daily, and I’ll be posting up workouts/feelings/off topic stuff/ and maybe some Palo Alto stuff if your lucky
Today is an off day for me (by off day, I mean cardio). I’m getting ready to do some HIIT cardio on the treadmill for 30-40 minutes. Right now I’m recomping, so cardio is about 3-4 days a week. I’m thinking about altering my schedule so I can do fasted cardio in the morning before my 10am class, and then lifting later in the evening. We’ll see how that goes, I just don’t like waking up at 7am
In other news, I’m really excited about our new product, Reset-A.D. I really feel that adrenal health is something that no one thinks twice about, and thus, it gets neglected. I’m definatly guilty of this myself. I’m a bit of a "stim junkie" so I’m excited to use Reset. In other Palo Alto news, we have a few things planned for the very near future that we are very excited about. Some of the things are completely new to the industry, so we’re looking forward to the releases. For those interested in Incarnate, most of the logs are up now, with the rest coming in the next few days, so make sure to check those out!
Well, thanks for reading, I’m off to finish some homework and then to the gym.
