Day 2

March 11, 2008

Ok so legs hurt today.  Good workout I guess.  I ate clean again today except for 2 oreo cookies at lunch but I will do some extra cardio in the morning.  Not posting my workout in here anymore because I found the workout tracker.  Did chest today and felt good except the gym was super packed.  My diet for today was:

 

11 Mar 08

0700- Eggs w/ tomato and cheese, oatmeal with raisins.

0930- Protein shake (1 scoop Syntha-6, 1 scoop Pro Nos)

1230- Some noodles, a can of tuna, and a couple oreos.

1500- Protein shake (1 scoop Syntha-6, 1 scoop Pro Nos)

1800- Turkey sandwhich on white(out of wheat bread today) some tomatoes and cucumbers

2100- Protein shake (1 scoop Syntha-6, 1 scoop Pro Nos)

Day 1 Part 2

March 10, 2008

Ok so went and di legs tonight.  New workout I am trying.  Looks like:

Leg Extensions-  80×25, 80×25, 80×25

Leg Press- 100×25, 100×25, 120×25

Lunges- 30×15, 30×15, 10

Hack Squat- 225×20, 135×20, 135×20

Calves(Standing DB)- 40×25, 40×25, 40×25

This workout kicked my ass.  My legs are already killing me.  I was kind of tired going into this workout because I had a long and busy day with training the dogs.  Still, I pushed through and got it done.  The supplements I took before hand were:

1 scoop of amino vital

2 CLA

2 L-Carnitine

Post workout I took 1000 MG of Vitamine C and 5 grams of glutamine.  Before bed I will take a protine shake and a serving of Glutamine.  Also, a serving of fish oils.

My diet for the day looked like this:

0730- Eggs, oatmeal and cantaloupe.

0900- 21 gram protein shake

1145- 1 chicken breast, rice, mixed veggies, and some tomatoes and cucumbers.

1430- Protein shake (1 scoop Syntha-6, 1 scoop Pro Nos)

1745- 2 chicken breast, rice, mixed veggies, tomatoes.

2100- Protein shake (1 scoop Syntha-6, 1 scoop Pro Nos)

First Day Part 1

March 9, 2008

I got up at 0600 this morning and went and did 25 minutes of cardio burning about 300 calories.  The supplemenst I took before I went were 2 fish oil pills and a serving of Optimum Nutritions vassive-no.  Felt good at first but my shins were hurting me bad about 7 or 8 minutes into the run on the treadmill so I switched to the eliptical machine for the rest.  I have legs tonight and will post how that goes.

Day Before I start

Ok so I am starting a new routine and diet tomorrow.  I have not had by bodyfat done in 8 weeks but last time I did, it was at 18.8%.  I am guessing it is around 16% or so now.  I will also post what supplements and how much I took in the day.  Also, what I ate for meals.
