The Chronicles of “B”

Ya know one of the main ingredients to bodybuilding success is having the support of friends and family and key to that would be the support and encouragement of that one close friend.

You know….the one that always seems to be there with a kind word at just the right moment….who always says just the right thing to get you up and moving in the right direction.

When I first became a member of BodySpace I found just such a friend.

She was always there for me with advice and encouragement and really helped me to start believing in myself. She was the one who first encouraged me to pursue being Transformation of the Week and now because of her support I’ve achieved that goal.

She is a very strong and beautiful women but as beautiful as she is on the outside she also possesses an inner beauty and strength that makes her even more attractive.
The special friend I’m talking about is BodySpace member KatNap and the reason I want to tell you about my friend Kat is because she is now entered in the “Iron Man Magazine” Bodybuilding.com Spokesmodel Search and I would really appreciate it if you would go to her page and take a look at her entry video.

No one deserves to win this contest more than Kat. Her transformation has been nothing short of amazing and she’s done it at a point in her life when most women are thinking about slipping quietly into grandmother hood. Not Kat! She is what bodybuilding is all about as she so eloquently explains in her video.

Kat explains in her video why you should consider voting for an older contestant which is what I so clumsily tried to do in my entry video so I would really appreciate it if you would go and listen to what she has to say and consider voting for my beautiful friend Kat.

And while you’re voting how bout throwing me a bone and consider giving me a vote or two? Lol
