I Am A Hard Core MUTHA!!!
Ok the title of my blogs are, The Chronicles of "B". It’s the diary of a Hard Core Mutha and let me tell you my friends I am a Hard Core Mutha!!! Make no damn mistake about it. When life feeds me a shit sandwich I swallow it down and say…"THANK YOU SIR MAY I HAVE ANOTHER!!" Whining is for big freaking pansies and I’m certainly no pansy. It don’t do no good to cry about it anyway. We all know life is a crazy bitch so just suck it up and deal with it.
Ok by now you all are probably wondering what the hell I’m going on about…well I"m gonna tell ya. If you read my last blog you should know that I’ve been getting my teeth kicked in lately by life. Well today life took it one step further and not only smacked me in the mouth but bent me over and attempted to have it’s way with me. Well let me tell ya this guy ain’t no willing partner to those kind of shenanigans!!! My response to life trying to dry hump me was a big fat Kiss My Ass Life!!! Yeah I’ve been getting the shitty end of the stick but SO WHAT??? I’m a Hard Core Mutha and Hard Core Mutha’s can’t be stopped!!!
Last week through the raging shit storm I had one of the best weeks of workouts ever. Last Sunday I busted it out with my girl Susan in Toledo. I torched my chest and did some supersets for the arms that left them pretty much lifeless. Susan said the veins in my head were even sticking out…now that’s intensity. Monday I was solo but had a huge cardio session that left me barely able to crawl back to the safety of my fortress. Tuesday I went with the wife and busted up my chest again. I did cable crossovers till I was ready to puke. Wednesday I was back with Susan and she helped me destroy my legs in a brutal workout. Actually It was so brutal that other gym patrons looked away in horror. The management of the gym asked us to please tone down the intensity as some of the other members were even fainting at the site of our awesomeness. Susan’s response was to briskly bitch slap their sissy asses and then she went and did like 40 minutes on the step mill just to show them who the boss was. I stood by and laughed manically. Thursday it was back to the gym with Maggie where we crushed our backs and then I helped Maggie abuse her leg muscles. I think there may be a Hard Core Mutha in her trying to break out…she actually seemed to be enjoying the pain. Again I stood by and laughed maniacal laughter. Friday I was solo again and in the privacy of my home gym I did unspeakable things to my shoulders. Saturday I was back with Susan and we had an epic cardio session and then it was off to Buffalo Wild Wings to eat some fire and drink some brew. It was an awesome week and I enjoyed flipping life the bird!! Even though this week is starting off with life trying to put me down for the count I’ll not give in. I expect an even better week than last. I’ve made a pledge with my workout partner that the diet will be on this week and I will no longer consume any fermented beverages. It’s nothing but water for me. This I vow!! In a few minutes I am going to go do a workout from hell on my arms and I expect the rest of the week to be even more intense than last. So go ahead life….throw the fu*king kitchen sink at me….I DON’T CARE!! You will not stop me from reaching my goals. You might be able to strip me of all my worldly goods but you can’t take my mind or my body and you will never stop me from working out…EVER!!! Because I am one crazy Hard Core Mutha!! Don’t ever doubt it!!

OMG! I can’t even imagine what type or how many sh*t sandwiches you’ve had to tear out a week like that… I hope that part gets better FAST! HOWEVER - glad to see you are hittin it hard, and Susan is crackin the whip on you!! And that "Maggie" is enjoying the pain, too - that’s GREAT!!! I think after you get rid of the brew, you will see awesome changes. Sad as that will be

I also went through a horrible shit storm last week, and it knocked me off my feet for a while, but I am kicking myself back into gear TODAY!

What kind of gym are you working out in that asks you to keep it down? What was it exactly that was up anyways? Kidding….just kidding. Tell them to turn the music up louder and then maybe people wouldn’t hear you

Hey BG. You are making me so excited with all the bitch slapping and intensity. So glad you can show those people how its done. I management whould have been telling those people…thats a real workout why dont you try it. It helps when you break a sweat.
