This is the beginning of a new year and I’ve got my work cut out for me. I’m only gonna do one show this year to allow me more time to focus on getting my NGA Pro Card. I got so busy at the end of this last season that I didn’t have time for the show. I was ready and in better shape than ever. I’m gonna start this year right. No excuses, no breaks, just diet, iron, and sweat. I’m not gonna max out at all this year until I get my pro card. I’m gonna start with a three day spread for one month and add a new day at the end of that month That will focus solely on where ever I’m not seeing the gains I want. I’m gonna make a new blog entry every night before bed and keep up with my measurements and pix. I’m not gonna start on any supplements until I’m three months out from the show. Today is my day off from the gym. I’m gonna eat and rest all day long. This evening when I wake up I’m gonna measure and take some new progress pix. I’m gonna post them as soon as I take them. I can’t wait to see the new pix. It would be absolutely wonderful is when I weighed in the morning at the gym that I was at 200 lbs. I was 5 lbs away yesterday. Hopefully I can eat enough today to pick it up. Wish me luck.

I’m at 194.5 today. This weight gainer I bought the other day is working and working great! I’ve only been taking it twice a day, but the directions say three times a day. It looks like I’m finally gonna make 200 lbs. I can’t wait. I’m so excited. This was the best $40 I’ve spent on any supplement. I’m gonna combine it with the muscle milk and see how it goes after I cross the 200 lbs mark. Wish me luck.

Today I got 1018 lbs on leg press six times today. I got 545 four time on squats today and I can’t wait to get more. I’ve gained two pounds in the last two days. Hopefully it’s from the weight gainer. I’m gonna get a pic of the squat rack on my next leg day. I can’t add anymore plates on the bar. My last plate is a 25lb plate, once I get up to a 45 I’m screwed. Oh, by the way, the workout tracker doesn’t register anything over 1000 lbs. That really sux. Oh well. I’ll catch yall later.

I’ve actually been recording my progress this week and I’m loving the results. My bench has finally gone up to 300 lbs, My leg press is over 1000 lbs, All my maxes have gone up. I can’t wait to hit 600 lbs on squats. I bought a weight gainer last night and with the way I’ve been lifting lately I should finally get to or over 200lbs. Wish me luck.

This week has been full of bad ass workouts. I have set a new personal best everyday on something and am seeing noticable differences in myself. Today I hit 5 reps with 900 lbs on my last set on leg press. My chest is finally catching up with my legs. I can’t wait to measure. The new pix will be good also. I’m gonna get on that all Monday, maybe Tuesday (my day off). I will make 200lbs yet.

Today I worked out with my old workout partner. We worked shoulders. The combination of his workout and mine makes for a rough go in the gym. I feel like my arms are gonna fall off. It was worth it though. Tomorrow is gonna be a rough day too. Chest in the morning and back in the evening. I look forward to it though.

I started a new week today. I’ve seen some pretty good growth and progress. Hopefully I will get more out of it this week. I’m pushing as hard as I can. I’m working until I can’t complete the last set on any exercise. I’ll post new progress pix soon and we’ll start watching for a change.

I’ve been alittle backed up here lately so I really do appologize. To those of you who have posted comments on my site I’m sorry if I didn’t get back to you but I will do better this time. Two weekends ago I won my first two trophies. I need one more overall win and I will get my pro card in the NGA. Those of you competing in the NPC please tell me about it. I started my old workout back and Hopefully I can gain some weight and size back before November. I quit smoking three days ago too. Hopefully that will help. I got alittle backed up but I got everything posted. Better late than never. I’ll be better at it this week. I’m gonna hit it hard and heavy this weekend with full body workouts both days.I’m gonna eat as much as I possibly can. Hopefully that will help me get some of my size back real quick.I’ll keep you posted.
