Chest Workout Tuesday 18 Septemeber 2007

Meal 1 7:00am- Oatmeal 2whole eggs and 2 egg whites

Meal 2 10:00am- Protein Shake

Meal 3 12:00pm - Chicken and Broccoli

Meal 4 3:00pm - Chicken and Broccoli

          4:30 - Animal Pak

          5:00 - Animal Pump

Meal 5 8:30pm - Fish and Beans w/ Protien Shake

Dumbell Bench Press  85×5x5

Dumbell Incline Press 75×5x5

Decline Bench Press 205×5x5

Cable Crossovers 60×8x4

Single Machine Curls 90×8x2

Double Machine Curls 150×8x2

Machine Tricep Extension 130×8x2

Barbell Curl 75×8x2 85×6x6 wide grip then close grip

Decline French curl extension 85×8x2

Hammer Curls 35×5x5

Tricep Cable Extension 90×8x4

Bicep Cable Curls 60×8x2
