I’m back to Mass’n up again, feels good to get some size coming back and the strength too. Also started softball for some extra rec outside the gym and work. Should be fun. First practice I was hitting bombs. I have way more power since my high school days, I may even hit some out this season. Its been 10yrs since I played, glad I still got it. I am doing traditional bodybuilding lifts in the gym, still doing some push-ups, pull-ups and dips though, i dont wanna forget about those they are good staples to keep in a regimen, especially for warm ups….anyway thats all for now…later peeps… x mac x

Well peeps, sorry its been so long since I’ve posted any updates, been with family visiting. I took a week off training, just for god measure and less stress during my family’s visit. Tomorrow I will be back at my crossfit routine. I needed that week off anyway, ive been going hard since like Nov with only a day or two off each week. Rest is good people, bout every 8-10 weeks works.. see ya soon…

I FINALLY STARTED CROSSFIT TRAINING. I HAVE WANTED TO FOR A WHILE AND THEY JUST BUILT A FACILITY HERE IN SPRING CROSSFITTHEWOODLANDS.COM , THE WORKOUTS ARE BRUTAL. FOR NOW I AM ON MY OWN AT LA FITNESS DOING THEM UNTIL I START MY NEW JOB AND CAN PAY THE FEE FOR THE CROSSFIT GYM. THESE WORKOUTS ARE HARD THAN ANY THAT I HAVE DONE, AND I HAVE DONE SOME SERIOUS SHIT IN PRISON WHERE I HAVE GONE FOR 3 HOURS WITHOUT RESTING DOING ALL SORTS OF STUFF. SOME DAYS WOULD BE SHORT BUT BRUTAL WORKOUTS LIKE WHEN I WOULD DO 1000 PUSH UPS IN 45 MIN, ONLY STOPPING FOR 5 SECOND RESTS. THESE WORKOUTS BLOW THE OTHERS AWAY, AND I HAVE ONLY BEGUN. I CANT WAIT, AND I WILL DEF BE POSTING UPDATES ON HOW ITS COMING. IF YOU THINK YOU ARE WORKING OUT HARD AND ITS NOT CROSSFIT, I DOUBT IT. FIND A COSSFIT WORKOUT OF THE DAY, TRY IT AND SEE HOW YA FEEL THEN, YOU’LL NEVER SAY HARD AGAIN….

Well i hadnt weighed myself in months until just yesterday. I weighed in at 190! so i cut more weight than i thought before i got outta prison. I wanted to be a little more cut than normal for the summer months….dont know how long i can keep it up though, i miss the size when i was almost 220 back in early 08. we’ll see what happens. I just started training my dad the other day, we’re doing some basic lifts with progressive weight changes in cycles, the basic lifts are followed by 2 supporting excercises 3-5 sets of 10-15 reps (these lifts change all the time to mix things up, the main lefts never change and are logged/monitored to track progress)

Just got outta prison a few days ago, did 16 months for a little fight that the State of VA didnt see to kindly. If you draw blood in a fight there, you get prison time! Crazy right, and they call themselves a military state, they couldnt even show a Vet some love, especially a first time offender. Now Im living in Texas starting over…..Soon to be back to my routine, just gotta get some paychecks under my belt to get the food and supps i need to get back on the ball, for now i got some whey for in between meals, and some mass gainer for post workouts. Still taking Mass XXplosion during, but i need to re=up on my creatine and beta-alanine, no rush though, i didnt have supps and good food for the past 16 months and still managed….I will keep everyone who checks this up to date periodically….. later…. Pre- 4 UNI-LIVER TABS, 4 NaNoX9 tabs (got them free so i am trying them), 2 HYDROXYCUT HARDCORE for energy
During- 1 packet NUTREX MASS XXPLOSION (AWESOME PUMPS), its weird because before this came out i was mixing waximaize, purple wraath, L-citruline, and taking 4 liver tabs and some redline for energy, just made sense to just buy this new supplement instead of mixing everything myself, a little pricy for most but i work for GNC and get a decent discount so it helps….
Post- 1/2 Cup NOW Carbo Gain for fast carbs, mixed with some juice, and 1scp purple wraath (using til its gone), 4 liver tabs….Before i was using the waximaize, but to save some money i went with NOW Carbo Gain for a fraction of the cost and a shit load more servings….
during the day i do have a multi, 4 more liver tabs, 4 more NaNoX9 tabs, and at night a serv of Gaba to help me calm down and sleep since i am very restless at night and dont sleep well, no matter what the day is….

Feelin a lot better as i am coming off of this cold. It was wearing me down, i was training but not at 100%, just being careful not to over work myself while i fight the cold…Was really strong last workout of Back, shoulders, 3/4 deads were pretty heavy, did 2 sets of 10 w/225lbs to warm up, then straight to 315×10, 365×8 for 2 sets, felt strong, and will add more weight for sure next week….. speaking of, next week (tomorrow) starts my new training cycle, 5-6 days a week working one muscle group 16 total sets for large groups not counting warm ups and 9 sets for small groups not counting warm ups…..should put some great size on and gain good strength gains using pyramid style sets with drop sets and rest pause sets periodically for intensity purposes….Also i should add that dropping down to 3 huge meals has really been working out great! gaining weight slowly which is good, so its mostly quality, BUT i have lost my abs, not worried though this is normal for me in the winter, i will chisel them out in the summer when i work my way back to about 6-8 small meals a day, only takes about 8 weeks for me to get good detail in….

I have been trying to fight a cold I have for about a week now, just all congested and stuffed up. I hate the weather here in VA. Been eating big though to maintain my weight til i can overcome this cold. Also I am still training but just at medium intensity to allow my body to fight this sickness while still keeping up my routine….hope its over soon

Been two weeks almost 3 with being on a new lifting regimen. Going good, and getting my strength back, i actually cut most of my cardio out since i was losing so much weight, and also cut my meals back from 5/6 to 3 (big meals), i did that to actually slow my metabolism down, its too hard to maintain let alone gain for my body eating every 3-4 hours and i was actually losing weight and eating more, crazy but its just science, think about it, more frequent meals big or small means faster metabolism, so now i eat big once every 5 or more hours but keep the calories high. As for my preworkout supps, i take 4 liver pills with waximaize+purple wraath BCAA+L-citruline+creatine monohydrate, and sometimes half a redline xtreme RTD, and same after training, just keeps me anobolic in between the big meal gaps…thats all for now, hopefully i will be over 200lbs soon…..laters!!
