STILL ON IT!!!!
Still continuing with the High rep and lower weight routine. I will keep it up for another week before I go heavy for two weeks. Last night I work out my Chest and Back.

How is the High rep and lower weight going for you.? Are you doing more sets as well?
Trying to get away for a little bit(heavy sets), since I read that for building up it’s best to go with a high sets routine, low weight.
