Third cycle of Animal Stak
Friday, September 26th, 2008This cycle was started August 1st and on the first week my left tricep was stressed and took about 5 weeks to heal. Since I started the cycle I stuck with it and was not going 100% because of the shoulder, tri, and elbow was mending. Can not say that this was a productive cycle with lifting stats of workouts. However I was doing push ups till the arm gave me the signal to stop. Slight needle pain at injury locations. Well after doing push ups for 3o minutes about once a week and light db shoulder and db squats. My introduction to lifting heavy was truley surprising that I put up my heaviest incline bench of 238×2 on the Hammer Strength Incline bench. Great machine for working out solo and working Neg reps.
How much did the stak help? I do not know but it sure did not hurt anything
