Well second chest day for the week showed some return on some gains that were made this past mass season…getting new progress pics up soon and feeling good about where I am…sitting around 9% bodyfat, going to cut up to 6.5-7% range for summer….really looking forward to that
No cardio today, I ripped enough BS yesterday

ABS/OBLIQUES came back for the first time in two weeks since my injury. Feeling really smoked right now, but excellent overall even possibly above the 90% I previously named. Floorwhipers 185#, cable crosses on three planes all set at 100pounds, push outs, hanging leg raises complete and weighted declines!!!! Spring shape will be in line for sure-
However, the bad-My tailbone is pretty F’n sore from how hard I pushed them today, plus twenty minutes running intervals for some horrible bring back cardio coup de grace’
F^(K Cardio

Ok, like some I take 3-5 months off and mass up in the cold..my abs have suffered from injury though and time off….so now it is time to bring my abs back into line for the approaching summer, but specifically b/c my buddy has his first professional fight in Cali on the 17th…gotta be cut for the entourage and after parties!!!!

So the tailbone injury leaves off, still dull and persistent but I got my incline and flats back today…F’n power loss of like 10 pounds a piece though, may just be babying it back or mental…who cares I am pissed
Anyways, the ab work came back in with some of a lackluster baby approach again, declines with 25, rope crunches with 220 pounds, NO HANGING LEG RAISES which sucks…lots of weighted cables though.
So I am hoping to up the cardio and ab/obliques, two weeks has left them a little soft in MY OPINION!!!
Return to work in a week, looking forward to getting my full schedule back, until then homework, eat, lift REPEAT

Well the return of Martin Brodeur could not have been more spectacular, one of teh few times each year I get compltely wasted and go off diet…Shut out, the living legend remains five away from ALL TIME RECORD>
Retruned to chets presses at 15 and 30 degrees, felt pretty good minus one time I sat down wrong. This flippin tailbone is takin and will take forever…I am just happy I can still run it at about 85% six times a week…looking to be at 100 by the end of next but that may be too optimistic

Well, decided a day off might be a good thing since breaking my tailbone, I can’t stand it! The pain is bad, but it is my second majorinjury since getting back at it hard so I really can’t complain. This new motivation meter is F’ing ridiculous, motiv is always at 10 WTF?
Anyways, work sucks and one of teh nurses has teh brass to take two weeks off for a broken finger, meanwhile my broken ass gets no credit, haahah well I am just glad to have a job in this BS market, but nobody wants to deal with locked up psychotics anyways, so I guess I will call it job security..lol
Thanks to all of you who have taken notice on my progress, it has been a long journey and I hope to inspire people and work towards my ideals within the year. This tailbone shit cannot hold me back for too long

On a somber note, I cracked my coccyx (tailbone) so the first time my abs are coming back in 13 years and now I am greatly restricted, Dr’s said stop for awhile, but that is just not a possibility.
Well, i have done this before and couldn’t sit stright for almost two years, thsi time should hopefully not be as bad!
