Todays workout was unusually different, as I lightened up on the weights. My mind wasn’t fully focussed on exercising at all, but I did take an effort and spend an hour working out. Maxing out on the weights and going from there is usually what happens, but I took it easy and minimized my routine. In my eyes I need it, to say the least especially after the long week I had. Oh well I guess tomorrow I will have to pick it up a notch and go all out.

Todays workout started off slow at first only because they had the music on the 80’s station. I ended up starting off with light weights and little reps it felt like I was just dragging, although my energy was there, my motivation wasn’t. So I went back to my locker and pulled out my I-Pod. Lifting light at first I was forcing myself to get into the groove. After about twenty minutes my motivation was there and I was feeling great. After all that my workout ended up being one of the best ones yet.

After reading everything there is to read about Gaspari, I just had to take a chance and try the supplement and see how it would work on me. Well my first week of using Gaspari supplements is over and I have to say I feel great. I changed my diet a little and a few routines and sets, to help increase my body. So far I am seeing a little difference in everything from my form to my strength, it’s not much but I have only begun the change a week ago. Lets just see what difference it makes in the next several weeks.
