Email Question on Hugh Jackman Training Article
Hi Mate.
I saw your article on Hugh Jackman on the Bodybuilding website. Im a relative beginer to the gym seen, having only been going for the last 2 months.
I was doing so many things wrong and needed some guidance, your article gives me that!
I have only 3 questions. Can I stick to the excersises in your article for a long time or will I need to change it up after a few months?
My second question is regarding cardio. Iv recently been measured to have 21% fat, although I have skinny arms and legs! I go to the gym 5 days a week doing the excersies in your article.
How much cardio should I be doing to shed the belly fat, but not eat away much muscle gains?
My third question is how often should I expect to go up weights? Say increase by 2.5-5kg on a monthly basis?

My Reply: Yes you can stick to those exercises, just keep increasing weight/intensity
Hit cardio at least 30/45 minutes a day
weight will increase, in spurts, could be 5kg this week, 10 next and nothing for a couple weeks, just keep pushing the envelope!!!
