Email Question on Hugh Jackman Training
I‘ve been doing the six day workout you would recommend to Hugh Jackman. I was
just wondering how long you should rest between sets? Example of what I‘ve been
doing.
Chest:
Incline Dumbell Press
First set
30 sec pause
Second set
30 sec pause
Third set
30 sec paus
Fourth set
1 min pause
Benchpress first set
30 sec pause
And so forth… is this the right way to do it?
30 second rest between sets is REALLY intense, this is a real short recovery period, I would recommend a 60second to 90 sencond rest. If you are a true hardcore trainer like this fan, give the short rest a go!!!!
