I just got done reading your Article you wrote about Hugh Jackmans 6-day split workout routine. Prior to reading your article, I read Kris Gethins 3-day transformation workout routine and have been using it for the past week. I wouldn’t say that I’m new to working out, I’ve always been athletic and in fairly good shape. However, throughout the years I have never been able to pack on the muscle and get super toned like I would like to. I really like Hugh Jackmans and Kris Gethins physique, its always been exactly what I’ve wanted to aim for. However, after reading both articles, I’m torn between the two workout routines. Which would you suggest for optimal muscle growth in the shortest amount of time. Thanks in advance for any advice you can suggest.
