Hey everyone

Saturday, February 3rd, 2007

Can’t wait until to tomorrow. I am weighing myself, testing bf%, and taking pictures. Haven’t done this since the beginning of January and I think I have lost some fat as I was able to see more ab definition in the mirror at yoga today.

See you all tomorrow. Come to my workout log here:

Finally reached 200lbs!

Thursday, January 4th, 2007

So I measured myself this morning and I have finally beat the 200 lbs mark. I weighed in 200.2 lbs on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning, and after, um, some bowel movements. So I know it was purely just bodyweight.

Next BodyBlog subject, Bench 315, Squat and Deadlift 405lbs. Woohoo!

Olympic Bar Biceps Curls

Tuesday, October 31st, 2006

So today was back, shoulder and biceps and I have been struggling to move up the weights that I am using for barbell curls.

I have been stuck at around the same weight for awhile now. The way I work these sets is to do the first set to 9 reps (the top of the rep scheme) and the second set until failure. Last week, I finally got back up to 95lbs today! I did 9 reps on the first set and 7 reps on the second set. I hope to be up to 115lbs by the end of the year.

Wish me luck!

Finished with this phase in my training.

Sunday, September 24th, 2006

I just finished my 12 week phase of the Train, Eat, Grow routines written by Steve Holman. I have definately gained some muscle and a lot of width in my lats. Those have always been a lagging bodypart.

I am now going to take this week off (Sept. 24-Oct 1) to give my body a rest and I am also going to the Mr. Olympia competition, so not much training would be possible anyways.

If you are going to the Olympia, I’ll see you there and have fun!
