Alright! I got a new PR in the squat and crushed it! I repped 295lbs for 5 reps, 2 more reps than I was even hoping for. Legs are a little sore now, but it was totally worth it.
Ok, I just took my new progress pics today and the front looks like an improvement. I couldn’t tell much difference in the legs from the pics, but they are measuring 1/2 inch bigger. Stomach looks a little tighter as well. Good for the first two months, 10 more to go…
