Olympic Bar Biceps Curls
Tuesday, October 31st, 2006So today was back, shoulder and biceps and I have been struggling to move up the weights that I am using for barbell curls.
I have been stuck at around the same weight for awhile now. The way I work these sets is to do the first set to 9 reps (the top of the rep scheme) and the second set until failure. Last week, I finally got back up to 95lbs today! I did 9 reps on the first set and 7 reps on the second set. I hope to be up to 115lbs by the end of the year.
