Today’s Measurements
I weighed myself today on an empty stomach.
I decided to start doing my measurements how the author of this article (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/drobson207.htm) says to do it. Basically, you do it when you have not worked out, don’t have a "pump", and don’t do it flexing.
Doing it in this manner has lead to some interesting measurements, especially my waist and arm (bicep) measurement. I really need to work on these bodyparts.
I am however, 3 months ahead of schedule for my goal bodyweight and bodyfat.
