Tuesday, November 11th, 2008So I decided to switch up the workout routine today. Instead of doing the normal back and chest, I decided to do back and biceps today and chest and tris tommorow. Only reason I’m switching it up is because I’ve been on the same routine for 6 months and I think it’s time to break it up differently. It sucks though because when I do back and chest I alternate between the two muscle groups thorughout the workout and sustain a lot of strength and get a great pump. Is there anyone else out there that knows what I’m talking about!!!????
