7.25.09 End of the week summary…
Saturday, July 25th, 2009- constantly tweaked diet/exercise…found some new tricks that are working for me…scaled back at cardio because my body had quickly gotten use to the daily high intensity and it was no longer responding as before
- goal met of getting to the gym at 5 am when it opens. I’ve been getting there by 6, 6:30, 7…but I need to condition myself for when I return to work in 3 weeks because my time in the morning will be limited.
- saw another 1.5 lbs reduction…YES! Body is a LOT tighter even if weight doesn’t reflect it…but I still don’t want to post any measurement changes yet. ( I know that weight isn’t the only thing to go by….blah, blah, blah…I’m working on my mindset!)
- the bodyfat reduction was the most impressive for me, even though I had to do it on my own and don’t think I did it right. But to see the difference was motivating for me.
- seeing all the progress my bodyspace friends are making makes me happy and keeps pushing me not to stop
