hr and 1/2 massage, not long enough!
15 wks out, i started doing a little bit of cardio this past week, 20-30 minutes here and there. i really don’t want to start cardioin’ it up until 12 weeks out, but trying to tighten up a little and prepare my body to push it hard in 3 wks. i got an hr and 1/2 massage this past thursday, and it was NOT long enough. i have so many issues, my body is tight all over, but especially in my left glute and hamstring and my right quad. hopefully i can get back on the table in a week or two. training is going well, especially on the days i work with my trainer. i am really hoping that when i start my cardio, i can incorporate many different things…swimming, boxing, hiking, stadium running and sprints. i really don’t like doing long, steady paced cardio, it is boring, plus i think it really flattens me out! i really hope to keep my muscle big, full, and round this competition season. ok, enough for now, gotta get ready for the superbowl!
