Torn Labrum-I need leg excercises

I just recently had an MRI done, saying that i had a tear in my left labrum, in my shoulder. I obviously cannot work my upper body and i am very limited in using free weights in general. I am in serious need for a new routine or leg workouts that would not add any strain to my shoulder. Even some ab workouts will be appreciated. If anyone can help me with my conflict, I would be very greatful.
