Quarterly Progress Report-Autumn2009
Wow, it's winter already! 3 months sure flies by...
This was probably the worst quarter I've had as far as progress and consitency in training. I started out HOT, but my life situation caught up to me. I avoided coming to Bodyspace often, because I get fired up and motivated and it was difficult because many times i couldn't even train. I was unemployed for two months, and it takes money to support training. A miracle though, that I was still able to pay my gym and clear up my debts(good bye TV) and at least get to the gym enough to keep the damage to a minimum. I did lose some strength, and about seven pounds of weight; yet I will look at the positive. I have a better new job now, and I still have my health, thank you Jesus. Nonetheless, a new season is here and I look forward to working hard and reaching my goals. The end date for the quarter is set for Mar22, 2010.
