My Quarterly Progress Report & Goals
I’ve decided to do a quarterly progress report from now on, because I really think this will help me do the extra to get to my goals. It also shows that YES I am making progress, slow as it may be! I also will set some quarterly lifting and physique goals as well. Here’s the progress so far, based on the available info in my training journals
Spring 08- Start weight 146 14.5%bf End weight 143 9.5%bf
Summer 08- Start weight 143 14.5%bf End weight 140 7%bf (I cut down to 136-137 for the Gold’s Games in Aug so I could compete at under 140)
Autumn 08- Start weight 140 7%bf End weight 145 7%bf
Winter 09- Start weight 146 7%bf End Weight 150.8 ?%bf (haven’t tested bodyfat this year)
Spring 09- Start weight 150.8 ?%bf End weight 152.6
Summer 09- Start weight 152.6 ?%bf End weight 156.4?%bf
Here are the lift improvements made over the summer
Bench 230-240 Squat 270-285 Deadlift 300-315
Powerclean 185-195 Shoulder Press 150-160
My Goals for Autumn 2009-
Weight 160lbs, thighs 22.5 inches and calves 15, arms 14 unflexed
Bench Press- 255
Squat- 300
Deadlift- 325
Powerclean- 210
Shoulder Press- 175
