Time off
Well, I’m going to take some time off from training. I really need to get my bodyfat back up; so I can come back and do some REALLY brutal training….I like how I look right now, but to shore up the little spots that need it I might be best served to take a break. I’ve been at it since December, with no more than 3days off at any given time; and this is the end of my 19th week w/ the REAL heavy lifting. So a week off it is..
I will be getting physical though, as the Golds Gym Games are this week!!! It is a contest where you do pushups, pullups, situps, jump rope, leg press & bench press w/ your bodyweight’s worth loaded up. Points are awarded by reps done, w/ the jump rope by how many minutes you last. Sounds like fun! The overall winner gets two free tickets to ANY Golds Gym in the world! Wish me luck!!!:)
My goals- pushups 100reps. situps 150reps. pullups 25reps. jump rope 5minutes. leg press(140lbs) 60reps. bench(140lbs) 20reps.
Also, I really REALLY want to get some new pics up for y’all, but it may be awhile(so, another reason not to stay @3-4%bf, which is actually hurting my training). I want them to be FANTASTIC though, a nice tan, good lighting, baby oil, shaved down; you know, the whole nine yards! So be patient, i promise it will be worth the wait, I owe it to y’all to put out my absolute best.

Sounds like a good idea to get some fat on. Your BF% is great for competition week, but you need some energy to be able to lift heavy and grow. Enjoy the games!!!!!
