		<description><![CDATA[changed gyms and workout style just want to be a very lean healthy 185 im about 165 at 2.6% so extreamly lean now thats with out working legs in 3 years or so&#8230;. so i started last week i started working lower body stretching and abs again .. my workouts aren&#8217;t as heavy anymore but i can now run 5 miles at 9mph easy almost do the splits [...]]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>changed gyms and workout style just want to be a very lean healthy 185 im about 165 at 2.6% so extreamly lean now thats with out working legs in 3 years or so&#8230;. so i started last week i started working lower body stretching and abs again .. my workouts aren&#8217;t as heavy anymore but i can now run 5 miles at 9mph easy almost do the splits abs look amazing and still rep 315 bench and 100lb dumbell curls

		<description><![CDATA[havent been able to squat since i broke my ancle 3 years ago just didnt want to hurt my self and wanted to fully recover with no worries did my first squat and leg press workout reped 405 with sets of 12 and leg pressed 25 45lb plates sets of 15 i feel blessed  ireally [...]]]></description>
