					<description>lol cant maintain it's that b/c i had a competition and had to get it lower.. i can keep it below 4% for a month or so at a time not to hard as long as i really really work at keeping it low its not a good idea u feel really weak and dont have the energy to do much i want to have a b/f of 4% and weigh 185 so i was just seeing about how much more i would have to gain</description>

Been there,done that myself.
I switched to using dumbells whilst traing on my own ( It did mean making up some heavy dumbells though ). I put my chest development down to using dumbells,as they give a far geater range of motion. Give it a go, you wont be disappointed I promise you!</description>
