changed every thing

changed gyms and workout style just want to be a very lean healthy 185 im about 165 at 2.6% so extreamly lean now thats with out working legs in 3 years or so…. so i started last week i started working lower body stretching and abs again .. my workouts aren’t as heavy anymore but i can now run 5 miles at 9mph easy almost do the splits abs look amazing and still rep 315 bench and 100lb dumbell curls

havent been able to squat since i broke my ancle 3 years ago just didnt want to hurt my self and wanted to fully recover with no worries did my first squat and leg press workout reped 405 with sets of 12 and leg pressed 25 45lb plates sets of 15 i feel blessed  ireally didnt lose to much strength lost quite a bit of leg size but not much strength

gained 5lbs in the past 3 weeks all lifts are up and workouts are going great 2 1/2 cups of carbo gain is doing its job along with 60 grams of ultimate nutrition protein durring my work outs

ive been cutting weight for a while now and have seen some good results didnt lose to much strength and finally have great abs but im disapointed my strength has gone down so ill be bulking and getting my strength back so ill try to keep u up dated with new pic’s

MAX to day was horrible

i was benching only 315lbs and i his the bar on the weight bench cuz i was to far back and i got the bar stuck and ended up hurting my back badly but i did lock the weight out and get the max of 315lbs but its a real let down i didnt get more because i have done 330lbs just a few days ago
