changed every thing
changed gyms and workout style just want to be a very lean healthy 185 im about 165 at 2.6% so extreamly lean now thats with out working legs in 3 years or so…. so i started last week i started working lower body stretching and abs again .. my workouts aren’t as heavy anymore but i can now run 5 miles at 9mph easy almost do the splits abs look amazing and still rep 315 bench and 100lb dumbell curls
