changed every thing
changed gyms and workout style just want to be a very lean healthy 185 im about 165 at 2.6% so extreamly lean now thats with out working legs in 3 years or so…. so i started last week i started working lower body stretching and abs again .. my workouts aren’t as heavy anymore but i can now run 5 miles at 9mph easy almost do the splits abs look amazing and still rep 315 bench and 100lb dumbell curls

I am new to this but I have read from several different sources that having BF% below 4 is very detrimental to your health. How are you measuring it, and is it something you maintain? Thanks for any insight you can give.

lol cant maintain it’s that b/c i had a competition and had to get it lower.. i can keep it below 4% for a month or so at a time not to hard as long as i really really work at keeping it low its not a good idea u feel really weak and dont have the energy to do much i want to have a b/f of 4% and weigh 185 so i was just seeing about how much more i would have to gain
