Friday, February 27th, 2009havent been able to squat since i broke my ancle 3 years ago just didnt want to hurt my self and wanted to fully recover with no worries did my first squat and leg press workout reped 405 with sets of 12 and leg pressed 25 45lb plates sets of 15 i feel blessed ireally didnt lose to much strength lost quite a bit of leg size but not much strength
