MAX to day was horrible
i was benching only 315lbs and i his the bar on the weight bench cuz i was to far back and i got the bar stuck and ended up hurting my back badly but i did lock the weight out and get the max of 315lbs but itsĀ a real let down i didnt get more because i have done 330lbs just a few days ago

Give yourself time to recover and you will come back stronger than ever. I dislocated my hip and it seriously effected my leg workout, but I am even stronger now. You’ll be fine. Good Luck and keep us posted.

im doin alot better my back still hurts but i was able to squat so im aight now not gona bench again for a week or 2 though

Ouch!
Been there,done that myself.
I switched to using dumbells whilst traing on my own ( It did mean making up some heavy dumbells though ). I put my chest development down to using dumbells,as they give a far geater range of motion. Give it a go, you wont be disappointed I promise you!
