Cutting Progress
So as a follow up to the workout I posted on June 21, I have lost 5 pounds of fat and have cut down to 7.2% body fat. My goal is 5% body fat by July 15 so I can be as shredded as possible for Myrtle Beach. My diet is pretty consistent, with carbs early in the day and 3-5 more small protein-packed meals. sounds interesting, do you seperate carbs and fat as well?
could you give me a more precise example of a single day of your diet? appreciate it

Right now I’m eating about 4 meals a day but I haven’t been as strict as I was when I was cutting. I figure being at 7% body fat, I can bring some carbs back into my diet… I was right.:
Breakfast: bagel w/fat free cheese and eggs, coffee
Lunch: Muscle Milk or something high in protein
Dinner: Varies, but always healthy and balanced
Snack: Varies, but always healthy and balanced
