So as a follow up to the workout I posted on June 21, I have lost 5 pounds of fat and have cut down to 7.2% body fat. My goal is 5% body fat by July 15 so I can be as shredded as possible for Myrtle Beach. My diet is pretty consistent, with carbs early in the day and 3-5 more small protein-packed meals. More to come and thanks for all your support!

Ok, so after a hard chest workout today, I’ve realized my joints need to rest for a few weeks. This means it’s time for hardcore body-strength exercises. Check out my new routine…it’s killer.
Tightening Up/Incinerating Body Fat:
Repeat 10 Times:
10 Pushups
10 Dips
10 Chinups
10 Leg Raises
10 Medicine Ball Crunches
10 Full Body Crunches
Cardio (running or elliptical or treadclimber)
What’s nice is that this can be done every day
